Everything Everything have grown in popularity these past years, and are now firmly establishing themselves on the British indie circuit. After debuting new single Distant Past in February on Zane Lowe’s BBC Radio 1 show, it felt like an agonising wait until Everything Everything released their brand new album Get To Heaven in June. It was worth the wait. Pairing pop music with a fierce ambition to push boundaries and challenge listeners, Everything Everything have been heading straight to the hearts with their Top Five second album Arc in 2013 which earned comparisons to Radiohead’s In Rainbows. Formed of falsetto-vocalist and keyboard player Jonathan Higgs, drummer and vocalist Michael Spearman, guitarist Alex Niven, and bass player Jeremy Pritchard, the band’s name derived as a commentary on the state of today’s media culture. Live on stage, Everything Everything, hailing from Manchester, is eclectically-unpredictable, and their shows produce rip-roaring results.
