Tom Smith (vocals), Chris Urbanowicz (guitar), Russel Leetch (bass) et Ed Lay (drums) will make a triumphant return to the Grand Duchy. In their luggage the brandnew album, In This Light And On This Evening, due to be released in Europe on October 12. The world discovered this band in 2005 through their debut album The Back Room and the singles Bullets, Munich and Blood. The press immediately considered them as “English cousins” of Interpol and worthy successors to Joy Division. Their follow-up album An End Has A Start went straight to number 1 in the UK Album Charts in 2007 and earned the band a Brit Award for best British Band. It also spawned another Top 10 hit single with the release of “Smokers Outside the Hospital Doors. Critics lauded Editors as the second biggest British band of the decade after Arctic Monkeys.
